Purpose of the Policy

NextStep Training Ltd believes that all employees, learners, placement providers, partners and visitors are responsible for the promotion of equality. This policy establishes clear guidance regarding equality and diversity. The Company promotes a positive setting where everyone has a shared commitment to respecting diversity and difference. All forms of prejudice and discrimination are unacceptable.
